FAQ

Shipping

As many of our items are handmade and produced in-house, please allow up to 7 business days to process your order. Custom poems are the exception to this: since each poem is written to order, please allow 4-8 weeks standard (or 2 weeks with the expedited option) before your poem is complete, plus up to 10 additional business days for shipping on physical formats. We provide all packages with the exception of unframed poem store prints (which are sent via lettermail) with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. Any customs, tariffs, or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The customer is responsible for all postal charges, return shipment costs, and customs charges. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance. All orders ship from our studio in Vancouver, Canada, unless otherwise stated.

Return Policy

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. If an order arrived damaged during shipping, we'd be happy to send you a replacement. Please email us at studio@ana-wang.com.

Pricing and Sales Tax

Prices are converted automatically to your country's currency based on your location, and are subjected to daily fluctuations in currency exchange rates. If your location cannot be detected, prices will be displayed in US Dollars. Sales tax is charged to orders shipped within Canada. Sales tax is not charged to orders outside of Canada.
